It was in caring for children that I found my love for photography. The joy of capturing those precious little moments led me to begin a career in photography and I have to say that I have the best job in the world! My focus on weddings is fueled partially by the beauty and pure emotion involved and partially by personal disaster. I married my wonderful husband back in 1997 and hired a random wedding photographer that proved devastating. I do not have even one single photograph that I love well enough to display in my home from my beautiful storybook wedding! I am determined to make sure the only problem my clients have is trying to narrow down which of their beautiful memories they want to display first!
I like to take an active role with my clients and keep in contact throughout the planning and preparation of their special day. This familiarity provides a comfort to the bride and groom that is reflected in every picture and gives them the assurance that their photographs are one thing they do not have to worry about on that very special, very busy day.
In addition to the creatively posed shots that everyone loves, I pay close attention to those emotional and unscripted moments that can never be posed or reproduced. By doing this, I am sure to capture all the love and emotion that makes your special day so special!
